February Numbers
February 2008 hotel occupancy rose .2% to 84.2% and Greater Fort Lauderdale hotel rates averaged at $165.07, down 8.3% from 2007 during Super Bowl month. The ADR, without Super Bowl, certainly shows us the value of bringing that event to South Florida.

demand as New Jersey saw temperatures in the low 40's for highs all week, and
was drenched by flooding rains and sleet.
