DCOTA, the Design Center of the Americas, will be hosting International Design @ DCOTA, three full days of design demonstrations and discussions featuring top industry insiders. Held on sequential Thursdays in July, International Design @ DCOTA is open for both design professions and design enthusiasts and there is no cost to attend. Thursday, July 24 - Starting at 11:30 a.m. International Influence on South Florida: Drew Limsky of Modern Luxury will moderate an enlightening panel with international experts Nevio Boccanera, Executive Director of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast; Carlos Mariaca; current Board Member and 2013 President of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida; and Jay Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Together, they will discuss international business opportunities and challenges, relationships and design. Special Feature: Mystery Graffiti Artist- Giovanni Rossi Fine Art will present a “mystery graffiti artist” who will create a work of live art that will later be auctioned off for charity.
