My name is Spencer and I’m 11 but almost 12. And this is my first blog. Ok, but not like really, really my first blog. Cause I wrote two blogs for Isabella when she was lost! That was last summer, ok? Remember that?

Maybe not. But ok, so I don’t care if you remember Isabella’s blog. Ya know? Why should I care? Sometimes my sister, Juliette, helped write Isabella’s blog. But now this is my blog! My own blog and I’m like the only person allowed to write it!! NOT Isabella! And NOT Juliette!!!

Last summer I still didn’t write very good sometimes. Cause I was only 10 then. But now I’m a good writer cause I’m older and everything like that. And I like to write about things. Even if I have to use spellcheck and everything. I can spell without spellcheck. But sometimes I forget words and letters and things like that.

So welcome to my blog :) Writing a blog is easier than texting. Ya know? Cuz txt msgs r so shrt! I lk txt msgs 2! But this blog is not on a cell phone. I’m writing on a computer for real! My own blog! But sometimes I may write like it’s texting too, just for fun. Jst 4 fn. LOL!

So today here’s what I want to tell you about. You are so missing the coolest stuff if you don't live in Florida. There’s wild places everywhere around here. I have lived here since I was born. But not Juliette. She was born some place else. I forget where it was. Anyway, so next week I’ll tell you stories about Florida.

SOUTH Florida stories! There’s like a million alligators that eat anything around them. They are so totally huge. Scary but cool. I think alligators are way way cool. But alligators don’t live near lots of people or anything, ok? They live in a wild swamp.

Mom says we will take lots of trips and things but not very far away. Trips to places around our own house this summer. So I’ll see new things this summer, even if I was born here. I guess it will be pretty cool to see things and learn things about South Florida. Right? I think so!

So I will be back next week to tell you about the first place we go. I think Mom called it a flamingo jungle or gardens or forest. Or something like that. I’ll tell you next week. All I know is this place sounds wild to me.
