driving directions
  • Driving Directions: From Interstate I-95, take Broward Boulevard east toward the buildings of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Make a right on Avenue of the Arts (SW 7th Ave.) by the Walgreen's and Burger King. Make your next left on Himmarshee Street (SW 2nd St.) at the Broward Center. You'll see a white pavilion on the water on your right. That is Riverwalk's western terminus on the north side. You may park in the Arts & Entertainment garage by the Museum of Discovery & Science, on the street or in a lot in the area. If you drive further east on SW 2nd Street, you can make a right into Las Olas Riverfront at Brickell Avenue (SW 1st Ave.) You can valet there or park in the garage just past valet. Walk to the water, and that puts you on the Riverwalk.
