Housing Bureau Reservation Service
We can provide a one-stop shop for delegates and act as your personal assistant managing contracted room blocks. The Bureau has its own in-house hotel reservation service free for groups using at least 600 rooms in a minimum of two hotels. Passkey is an Internet-based convention housing resource with 24/7 access to planners, participating hotels, CVB housing providers and travel companies.

Be assured your delegates will experience exceptional service. Our "SUNsational Service" program includes training industry employees and executives, a customer service hotline, prizes for exemplary service and a taxi service improvement plan. Our Sales Team can help you plan your meeting from your initial inquiry to site inspections to the plane ride home.
