Nueske's bacon, onions, white truffle cream and fresh chives

SECOND COURSE

Salade Nicoise
our version of this timeless classic combines
French and yellow beans, tomatoes, Nicoise olives,
"curly" beets, and hard boiled egg tosses
together with a robust shallot vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE 

Lobster Indulgence
Cold Water Lobster Tail, Peppercorn Crusted NY Strip,
Chicken Provencal, Roasted Garlic Shrimp, Duck a l'Orange,
Ratatouille & Goat Cheese Ravioli and Fresh Vegetables
