Celebrate dad all June long with a special Big Poppa Rum Dinner in the Burlock Coast Rum Room. Diners and imbibers can enjoy a four-course dinner served family-style with the first course paired with a handcrafted rum cocktail and 1 oz. neat pours paired with each of the following courses; Tuna Poke with Chili soy sauce, nori, sesame cucumber and tostones paired with the Hawai’ian Old Fashioned cocktail. We serve house made lemon ricotta salad with golden raisins, pistachio, orange zest, arugula paired with Oak and Cane rum; Roasted Swordfish with carrot puree, roasted root vegetables, or Filet Mignon with bone marrow, truffle yukon puree, roasted root vegetables paired with Papa’s Pillar Dark. For dessert Nutella Chocolate Flourless Cake paired with Stolen Coffee.
The private experience is designed for a group up to twelve (12) people and is priced at $70 per person (excluding service and tax). The Big Poppa experience is available nightly during dinner hours but don’t wait too long to book, there is only one experience available per night! Advance reservations must be made.
