Overview

Combining their classical training and hip-hop influences to create a distinctive multi-genre sound that is often described as “classical boom”, Black Violin is composed of two classically trained musicians, Kev Marcus and Wil B who first met playing violin in their high school orchestra in Fort Lauderdale.  Black Violin has collaborated with the likes of Wu-Tang Clan, Wyclef Jean and Alicia Keys. They have also made appearances on HBO’s Ballers, The Tonight Show, The Wendy Williams Show and The Ellen Show.
