Chef Allen Campbell pop up, Tom Brady & Gisele Bündchen's “chef of peak performance”, will host a 6-course plant based dinner with one-course featuring seafood.

Amuse – lemon, chili, dried parsley

Mocktail- local kombucha, champagne mango, white chia, aloe water, ginger, garnish

1) Fruit- pea greens, sprouts, pickled radish, turmeric mango paint, black pepper, puffed amaranth, nepitella

2) Lasagna- fava, pac choi, scallion, zucchini, macadamia

3) Caviar- parsley, lemon, dill, toast, cashew crème

4) Dashi- local fish(tbd), crab broth, millet noodles, sea beans, spigerella, sesame, chips

5) Mousse- coconut cream, raw chocolate, raspberry

*Menu is dairy-free, gluten-free, Dishes 1, 2 and 5 are vegan
