Enjoy Outdoor Zumba! Following social distancing guidelines, fun and excitement is enjoyed 6 feet apart, hurry up and save your spot. The class is free, donations are appreciated. Bring water, staying hydrated is important.
Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that's easy to move in and can handle sweat. Wear sneakers that support dance movement — think side-to-side movements and pivots rather than simple front-to-back movement. Good shoes can include cross trainers, dance sneakers, or even running shoes with a worn-out tread. 55 to 60 minutes that you can consider a cardio workout in every sense of the word.
You can do Zumba once a day or twice a day, it totally depends on you. But every session of Zumba makes you burn 500 – 800 calories without feeling that you worked out. In Zumba, your mind is at class, trying to figure out the steps, having fun and moving to the music.
