Jackson’s Prime offers a steakhouse dining experience that the Sun Sentinel calls "sophisticated and distinct." The menu features great USDA Prime Steaks and Chops that are in the top 2% of USDA graded steaks in the United States. The menu also highlights other top-quality meat, poultry, vegetarian and seafood selections including Charred Octopus, Rock Salt Baked Branzino, and “Burt & Jacks” famous Baked Stuffed Maine Lobster. Each dish is crafted using only the finest and freshest ingredients, and complimented by an exquisite wine list and specialty cocktails.
