Located at Portside is a unique farm-to-table organic restaurant. Focusing on excellence, serving delicious creative food with an emphasis on amazing flavor, freshness and prime sourcing. The fish and seafood are caught by fisherman, the meat and poultry produced by ranchers, and the produce provided by farmers. No unnecessary pesticides, chemicals, hormones or steroids. All dishes are prepared from scratch daily, utilizing traditional French techniques, where each ingredient is fully utilized. Special dark room is separate from the main dining room. Dining in the dark is served as a blind tasting menu. Chef Dan Ramos creates separate dishes nightly solely for dine-in-the-dark guests. The dining room is completely dark so your server will help you locate and stabilize your food and drinks. You are on your own to taste, smell, even feel your food- and figure out what you are eating and drinking. Offering 4 to 8 courses starting at $55/person and optional blind wine pairings starting at $15/person.
