  • Event must be contracted and mutually executed prior to December 28, 2018.
  • Applies to events which occurs in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, excluding October 15 to November 15 and January 15 to April 30 in any given year.
  • Applies to new business only, in need periods. 
  • An event currently holding tentative/definite space at a GFLCVB hotel or the Convention Center does not qualify.
  • New sales leads must come through the GFLCVB sales team, or via or processed within Cvent.
  • This program applies to events utilizing one or more hotels in Broward County with a minimum of 10 or more guest room nights only.
  • Cash incentives will be paid no later than 30 days after the event has occurred and final room night totals have been verified by the hotel(s) and the GFLCVB.
  • A maximum cash incentive rebate of $10,000 applies for each event.
  • Meeting rewards program cannot be combined with other GFLCVB incentive offers.   
  • Program will last only for one calendar year, it will be terminated on December 28, 2018.
