How do I obtain my marriage license in Greater Fort Lauderdale?
Obtaining your marriage license is simple in Broward County.  You can pre-apply and print an online application to bring with you to any Broward County Courthouse locations.  The standard license fee is $93.50 and two forms of identification are required.  You do not need to be a resident of the county or state to apply for your marriage license in Greater Fort Lauderdale.  Click here for additional marriage license information.

Where can I have a beach ceremony?  Do I need a permit?
Restrictions vary depending on which of our eight Blue Wave beaches you choose for your beach ceremony.  The City of Fort Lauderdale does not require a permit to have a wedding ceremony on their public beaches. When is the best time to get married in Greater Fort Lauderdale?
